Mr. Soto is a finance specialist.

Mr. Soto is experienced in structuring and negotiating venture capital, equity partnerships, bonds and more.

He has secured financing for numerous businesses and real estate projects. Working with business and entrepreneurs in emerging growth companies, Mr. Soto has expert knowledge of crafting the proper capital structure to allow a business to succeed. Mr. Soto has worked with companies in a wide spectrum of industries and accumulated broad transactional experience.

Mr. Mack is a banking, finance, and business consulting professional.

At BDI he has a hand in all aspects of the company including loan origination, underwriting, and closing.

He has held positions of business development and lending at numerous FDIC insured banking institutions.

His diverse experience includes leading an investment group on a tender offer for the publicly traded stock of an FDIC insured bank, working with minority small business owners at an MBDA center funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and working with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a loan specialist.

As a member of the Deloitte Global Boardroom Program, he has gained  extensive knowledge and experience on important issues that affect company boards and management teams.

Ms. Bernier is a marketing specialist. She has extensive executive level experience in marketing goods and services to individuals and businesses. Ms. Bernier has led marketing efforts for several organizations. With a keen insight into the latest developments in marketing, she provides BDI and BDI clients, help with developing marketing strategies and then executing on them.

Bringing over 15 years of accounting experience to BDI and it's clients, Ms. Alonso leads the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Expert knowledge of accounting principals allow her to craft an accounting system that best suits a company's needs.

Prior to joining BDI, Mr. Monroe was a financial analyst for a national loan brokerage firm. At BDI, he examines financial statements, tax returns, and other pertinent documents  to assess the overall financial condition of a clients business. Mr. Monroe plays a key part in helping the BDI team create the funding documentation necessary to make loan and investment proposals.  

As a Partner Liaison, Mrs. Newell develops and maintains relationships with funding, accounting, legal, and other resource providers that are  utilized for BDI clients. Cultivating a network of government, institutional and individuals, Mrs. Newell analyses client needs and compares them with partner guidelines to find the best match for both parties.
